The training workshop, dedicated to modelling energy consumption in buildings, took place on May 15, 2024, in an online format, with the participation of 22 representatives from members of the Cities for Climate Network.
Prepared and conducted by the Technical Secretariat, this workshop analyzed the determinants of energy consumption in buildings and their climate implications. Urban-scale modelling tools developed by the IN+ Center for Innovation, Technology and Policy Research were also presented.
The models and tools presented will technically and scientifically support the intervention scenarios to be implemented by cities and regions, within the scope of their climate action plans, and the activities of the Energy and Buildings Working Groups.
